We build on a long-term relationship with you, which is why our positions are permanent.

With us you can take advantage of offers for personal development and professional training. In addition, specialist magazines and books are also available in the office or digitally as required.

With us, you have short communication channels. Your team and project managers are your direct contacts, and Nadine and Jürgen (our management) are always ready to listen to you. These flat hierarchies allow us to act flexibly.

In principle, we have a short travel time. If it does happen, the entire travel time = working time.

Life

You have access to over 700 discount campaigns from large and small brands, which can be redeemed online and in some cases on site.

These include a company pension of 127.82 euros per month and accident insurance, which also covers private accidents.

In order to promote health at work, we offer benefits for physical and mental well-being – for example, a job bike (monthly employer subsidy of EUR 10), Wellpass (Germany-wide sports and wellness network, monthly employer subsidy of 50 %) or smoking cessation courses (full cost coverage).

Shared experiences are important to us – company outings lasting several days (Fri.-Sat./Sun., Fri. counts as a paid day off) in Germany / abroad, final dinners after projects, team lunches, table football tournament. The Avision family does not end with the employees, which is why we celebrate our annual summer party with partners and children and our Christmas party with partners.

You have 30 vacation days at your disposal. In addition, you get Christmas Eve (December 24) and New Year's Eve (December 31) for free.

Balance

If you ever have wanderlust, there is the option of traveling to another location (countries that are safe according to the GDPR) and working from there.

We also offer you the opportunity to take a sabbatical to take some time out. Different models are possible depending on the agreement.

With us, every position can be part-time or full-time. You are free to organize your working hours as you wish, but meetings must be taken into account. We don't expect you to work overtime, but if you do, you can reduce it by the hour, take two flex days off per month or have it paid out.

You can adapt your presence in the office to suit your life situation. You can work remotely and only come into the office for the most important appointments or work in the office every day.

We have a social room in our office where you can relax or meet up with colleagues. You are also welcome to bring your dog to the office. It goes without saying that we have free fruit, water, tea and coffee.
