Avision GmbH is an IT service provider specializing in software revival for application development and support. As an alternative to complete new implementations, which are often costly and risky, Avision modernizes companies’ legacy software in an efficient way. Our team currently comprises 130 employees – experts with more than 25 years of professional experience, but also young professionals with fresh ideas.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of a team of 13 highly motivated IT Business Analysts / IT Consultants (m/f/d). You act as a point of contact for the employees and ensure communication and exchange
- You support your team through your role model function, your professional competence, and constructive feedback
- You communicate goals clearly and create an open and trustworthy environment
- Furthermore, you are the interface between our departments
- Conducting employee appraisals, promoting the development of your employees, and planning the development of the entire team are also part of your responsibilities
- You assist in the creation of requirement analyses and specifications
- At the same time, you actively participate in our projects for one of the largest logistics service providers in Europe
Your profile
- A degree in (specialized/business) computer science, mathematics, business administration, or a similar field. An apprenticeship, such as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for application development, is also sufficient
- Many years of professional experience as an IT Consultant (m/f/d), Business Analyst (m/f/d), or IT System Architect (m/f/d)
- Ideally, you have initial professional and/or disciplinary leadership experience, e. g., as a team leader or IT project manager
- Extensive experience with current architectures, process management and requirements management
- Good technical understanding and strong IT affinity
- Hands-on mentality and fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Leadership and social skills, customer orientation and assertiveness.
